Sarah is a food industry professional with more than 10 years’ experience in Food Manufacturing and labelling. Her experience in food specifications and product labelling has taken her across the UK working for a range of food businesses, clients now include startups, manufacturers and international retailers across the UK, EU and USA.

Sarah has also worked independently alongside regulatory service providers such as Ashbury Labelling, CERT Label and Acoura Consulting providing regulatory advice and technical support. Sarah now heads up the food business side of CERTLabel, providing label compliance services and helping clients with their export process.

Qualified in Food Labelling and Legislation, HACCP for Food Manufacturing and all major retailer specification systems.

Member of the Institute of Food Science & Technology (MIFST).

Laura Mannings
• Laura has over 15 years experience in the food industry predominantly working within New Product Development in the meat & poultry sectors. She has wide ranging experience in all of the major retailers and discounters systems and processes.

Specialising in concept to launch with extensive experience in all aspects from product ideation to process development. During her roles she has gained a strong understanding in multiple retailer specification systems and artwork approval.

Laura's main role at SJW Technical is specification writer of retailer specifications liaising with clients and retailers both in food and non food.
