Sarah is a food industry professional with more than 10 years’ experience in Food Manufacturing and labelling. Her experience in food specifications and product labelling has taken her across the UK working for a range of food businesses, clients now include startups, manufacturers and international retailers across the UK, EU and USA.

Sarah has also worked independently alongside regulatory service providers such as Ashbury Labelling, CERT Label and Acoura Consulting providing regulatory advice and technical support. Sarah now heads up the food business side of CERTLabel, providing label compliance services and helping clients with their export process.

Qualified in Food Labelling and Legislation, HACCP for Food Manufacturing and all major retailer specification systems.
